Molly Musgrave’s low meat sausages are for clever carnivores; meat eaters who enjoy trying something different and who appreciate that a good tasting sausage doesn’t need to have a high meat content.  We have lots of clever and natural ways of optimising a cut of meat to give maximum flavour, juiciness and meaty texture.  


Traditional breakfast sausage

The great British banger, is a dinner table staple and our low meat version can be served any way you like; as a toad in the hole, on a BBQ and very importantly in a sausage sandwich.  It’s as versatile as any other sausage.  

 INGREDIENTS

33% pork shoulder, onion, spinach, pepper, chickpeas, brown lentils, rusk, pearled SPELT, potato starch, mushroom powder, honey, salt, yeast extract (BARLEY), vegetable juice concentrate, vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B12 & folic acid), natural flavouring (CELERY), natural pork casing, spices (MUSTARD, CELERY)
