We have lots of clever and natural ways of optimising a cut of meat to give maximum flavour, juiciness and meaty texture.
The great British banger, is a dinner table staple and our low meat version can be served any way you like; as a toad in the hole, on a BBQ and very importantly in a sausage sandwich. It’s as versatile as any other sausage.
